Gita Ramachandran, CPA
Chief Financial Officer 




Gita has gained notable experience in strategic planning, process integration and acquisitions management, along with healthcare and insurance management, throughout her career. Most recently, she was Chief Financial Officer of America Fiber Systems, a start-up telecommunication company that grew to $50 million and was sold in 2010. Gita first moved to Rochester in 1998 when she joined Frontier Corporation as Vice President of Corporate Audit. Her life sciences experience included a tenure with healthcare giant Baxter International, where she served in several positions of increasing responsibility, including Controller of Baxter's surgical instruments division. Gita left Baxter to become Vice President of Finance for Ralin Medical, a disease management company addressing the cardiac services market. She began her finance career in public accounting. Gita earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Madras in India, and a Master of Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario in Canada.
