ACM Global Central Lab Now Recruiting in York York, England - 30 July, 2008 - ACM Global Central Lab is currently looking to fill three key roles at its European headquarters in York, England.
The fast-growing global central laboratory is recruiting a Data Analyst, Project Manager and Quality Assurance Officer to add to its growing team at its laboratory on Clifton Moorgate. The successful applicants will join the 35-strong team in York, which has recently grown by more than 20 percent, to help ACM maximise new opportunities in Europe and the emerging markets of India and China. Data Anaylst In this role you will be responsible for handling clinical laboratory data and providing daily solutions to our clients within our data management group. Ideally the candidate will have SAS programming experience or experience with other statistics/data analysis tools. Experience in maintaining and updating database packages as well as having good verbal and written communication skills is essential. Project Manager In this role you will be responsible for the overall management of laboratory projects awarded to ACM. You will co-ordinate all aspects of supply logistics, specimen management and result reporting to meet our client expectations. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant scientific discipline, be self motivated and flexible, a good communicator, and possess excellent organisation and time management skills. Ideally candidates will have project management experience. QA Officer In this role you will be responsible for performing internal/external audits, SOP management and archiving to maintain the quality system at ACM. The successful candidate will have knowledge of GXP(s), excellent oral/written skills, be flexible and have good attention to detail. Ideally the candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant scientific discipline and have experience of the pharmaceutical or contract research industry.
