Pathologists’ Role in the Diagnosis and Management of Disease
 Dr. John D’Souza, Dr. Xiaolan Ou and Kathleen Murray highlight the role of the pathologist in the diagnosis and management of breast and prostate cancers in the Sept. issue of the Journal of Clinical Studies. They illustrate the key elements for a successful study involving pathology tissue: Standardised reporting from blinded skilled anatomic pathologists; specimen control throughout the evaluation; and the role of the pathologist in evaluating critical complex criteria for the diagnosis.
