That’s why we have been working on a number of exciting changes and upgrades to our Client Portal, which will be launching in April.
Features of our enhanced Client Portal will include a newly designed user interface and the ability for sites to access and download patient reports securely, using two-factor authentication.
Moving away from e-mail and fax reporting to sites will enhance the speed and security of your patient results, making the process easier and more secure. Sites will continue to receive an email notifying them that a new report is available to view and download on the Client Portal.
Nothing. Continue to use the portal as you are, and we will notify you when the transition away from email reporting is set to take place later this year.
The ACM team is projecting the go-live date to fall in the month of April, and we will keep all of our esteemed clients and partners apprised of updates, changes and the official go-live date via email.
We are adding two-factor authentication to our Client Portal log in to ensure access to patient data is kept secure throughout the clinical trial process. Additional cosmetic updates have been made to improve site functionality and user experience.
Standard protocol states that when an investigator leaves your organization, you must notify your assigned Project Manager (PM), so the individual can be removed and can no longer access the portal. Otherwise, no further actions are required at this time. When we are ready to upgrade your account, you will receive an email from ACM to set up two-factor authentication to gain access.
If you are already receiving reports via email you will not have to do a thing. Access will be granted when your protocol is automatically moved from email reporting to the web portal. You will receive a welcome email from ACM to gain access. If you have forgotten your log in credentials please utilize the forgotten password link on the portal log in page.
