Erica leads ACM’s Human Resources (HR) teams across the globe. She is responsible for strategically partnering with leadership to ensure HR practices are aligned with operational business objectives. She has experience creating and fostering practices that support an employee-oriented, high-performing culture. Erica earned her J.D. from the University at Buffalo Law School.
